How to control emotions and avoid overtrading in forex

Hi traders, scalpers etc.

What are your tricks, to control your emotions and avoid overtrading once you are scalping forex markets?

What works for me:

1) Scale account just from profit. Once i have there only deposited money by me, i trade smaller positions, less risky.
2) Another advantage of risking mainly profit is that i have feel less stress.
