Abort criteria on EURUSD FBO fades: price re-accepts beyond the breakout level; my time stop hits without progress; or a correlated impulse from DXY or risk tape clearly overrides the local pattern. Any one means flatten. I do not wait for the full disaster to confirm what the tape already said.
I do not flip immediately to breakout-chasing out of spite. That revenge costume has a high cost and a familiar smell. A new idea needs a new checklist and a calm minute — not the heat of the failed fade.
If aborts cluster in a morning, I am done with FBO ideas for the day. The market can be right without my further commentary.
