Post by PTScalper »

Hi traders,

i would like to open this topic to share my tips with others and get some usefull ideas from others :-)

For example i like to go out into forest for long walk, or go for coffee or listen music or go for run or go for mountain biking.

Solid menu. Post-session recovery is part of the job description if you scalp for a living — otherwise the next open inherits yesterday’s cortisol.

My usual stack after a heavy London book: short walk first (no charts), then coffee as a reward for being flat, music only once the urge to “just check” has passed. Runs are excellent; I’d only keep them after the account is squared so you’re not processing a loser at kilometre six.

What matters more than the activity brand is the boundary: platform closed, no bargaining for a NY scalp “because I’m refreshed.” Refresh is the point.

Mountain biking sounds like a full nervous-system reset — envious of that option outside the city.

Which of those reliably works for you after a rough day versus after a green one? Rough days usually need the quieter tools.
