How do you relax after trading?

Hi traders,

i would like to open this topic to share my tips with others and get some usefull ideas from others

For example i like to go out into forest for long walk, or go for coffee or listen music or go for run or go for mountain biking.

One of my Relaxing activity is just to walk to coffee shop, enjoy good coffe and look on all people around
