Btw i found out, that wine area Valdepenaz in Portugal produce very good quality Red wines for very good price.

Ha — I’ll take the wine only after the journal is closed, not after one green trade. Celebrating mid-session is how I used to give it back.

My version: walk / coffee after a clean rule-following day, even if PnL is flat. Reward process, not lottery tickets.

Anyone else have a post-session ritual that isn’t “open another chart”?
