How do you handle stress from trading in long term?

Post by PTScalper »

Hi traders, scalpers,

i would like to share some tips, tricks here how to handle stress from forex trading.

In my point of you, when i compare investing into stocks vs. trading/scalping forex spot market its totaly different.
After Two weeks of trading i start to gain my weight, start to have alergy and do not sleep well.

I found out, that works for me regular 10km walk, go to coffee and try to relax, plus every day i go running for at least 5 km.

What are you rutines to handle that?

Interesting, i did not see lot of places to talk about stress from trading.

1) From my point of view i do not trade on friday, so i have only 4 trading days.
2) I do not trade crypto at weekend.
3) Do as much sport as possible, i love to go swimming, jogging or play squash.
4) Listen good classic music.

That’s great I just checked it out real quick and it’s amazing, thanks for dropping

By the way I relax from trading by watching movies especially series and animes 🤣, that calms me down especially on a bad day
