Using Frankfurt's 07:00 hour to mark levels for London

Frankfurt opens roughly an hour before London. That hour works well as a planning hour, not a trading hour.
What to mark between 07:00 and 08:00 London on EURUSD:
How the levels help: when London opens, you already know where price is relative to the session's extremes. A break of the Frankfurt high in the first London minutes means something different from a break of the Asian high.
Some traders prefer to start even earlier with UK data at 07:00. That's a different plan, more about news than levels.
