When a payout request is rejected, the reason almost always falls into one of five groups. Knowing them in advance turns most of them into an admin task rather than a surprise.
If a payout of yours was ever held or denied, what reason did the firm give?
- Consistency rule: one day made up too large a share of the cycle's profit.
- Restricted news windows: a trade opened or closed inside the blackout, sometimes through a stop or target that triggered there.
- Prohibited practices: very short holds, cross-account hedging, or identical trades with another person's account.
- KYC mismatch: the name on the account differs from the ID, or the proof of address is older than allowed.
- Cycle requirements: minimum trading days or minimum profit for the payout not yet reached.
