When you get trend day against bias, do you walk away?

Usually yes, after two failed with-bias attempts or one full soft-stop hit - whichever comes first.
A trend day against bias is not a puzzle I must solve on M1. It is a day type. My continuation playbook assumes I am not inventing counter-trend brilliance after lunch. I flatten, log "against bias trend", and either watch or switch to a pair that is not the one running me over.
Walking away is not prediction that the trend continues forever. It is refusal to spend the daily risk budget proving I was right at 07:30. On prop this matters more: fighting the day to defend a morning thesis is how limits die. Bias is a filter for entries, not a loyalty oath. If I must watch, I watch on a chart with one-click trading switched off. Observation with a hotkey armed is not observation. Against-bias days are for learning the shape of the move, not for paying tuition twice.
The hardest part is admitting it early. My journal shows I usually know by mid-morning that the day is running against me, but I keep trying to fade it until lunch. Writing 'two attempts then out' on the sheet saves me most of that.
