Tilt-predicting journal tags during CPI week are early-warning lights, not decoration.

I tag irritation, urgency, and "need to make it back before the print" when they show up. CPI week amplifies all three. If those tags cluster before the release, size is already wrong — the blackout is not enough if I arrive emotionally spent.

Tags that predict trouble for me
1. tilt_urge after a scratch sequence
2. news_chase curiosity spikes
3. size_creep without a written ladder change

Documenting them during the week beats discovering them in a blown daily loss.

Which journal tag most reliably predicts your next process break into a big US print?

I review tilt tags the evening before CPI, not only after. If the pre-print day already shows urgency, I cut size for the whole event week early. Waiting for the release to feel the tilt is late by definition.

Tags without a size consequence are diary entries. Mine change the next session lot or they get rewritten until they do.

I revisit this on the Sunday review with costs in the same pass as entries. Process without cost is half a conversation, and cost without process is just a spreadsheet hobby.
