Switching from IC Markets to Tickmill: checklist for EURUSD scalpers.

A switch is a project, not a mood. Before I move live size I want a boring checklist completed -- otherwise I blame the new venue for my own chaos during transition week.

Checklist
1. Demo/hotkeys/templates cloned; one-click risk verified.
2. Parallel small live size for two weeks; same sessions.
3. Log spread, slip, rejects on EURUSD only first.
4. Withdrawal/deposit test with a small amount.
5. News-week sample before full size.
6. Keep old account flat but open until confident.

No IB angle -- just operational risk. Most "the new broker is bad" weeks are incomplete migrations.

What would you add to a venue-switch checklist that I missed?

Document the switch week in the journal as venue_transition so expectancy is not mixed with steady-state months. Transition noise is real. Judging a new book on three chaotic days is how traders yo-yo forever.
