In some markets, brokers offer guaranteed stop losses that fill at the exact level regardless of gaps, usually for a fee or with a wider spread. In spot forex, that product is rare and almost never fits scalping.
The reason is cost. A guarantee is basically an insurance policy against the exact thing scalpers fear, so the premium reflects the risk. For small targets, the added cost makes strategies unprofitable.
Where it exists, the guaranteed stop often requires a minimum distance, which defeats the purpose for tight scalps. It may also come with restrictions on when it can be used.
The more realistic alternative is reducing exposure to gap risk by timing. Avoid positions around major events, avoid thin hours, and size so that a bad slip hurts but does not destroy.
Another form of protection is a hedge with options, though that is complicated and costly at retail scale.
Has a guaranteed stop ever been offered or used, and was the price acceptable for the kind of trading done?
