I have tried several busineses, but i prefer more increase size of positions in lot not in number of employes.

I love nice places, good architecture etc. It motivates me a lot

I know, its very expensive, but one day, i know, that my dreams will come true
But most important for me is healthy family and be my own boss.

Having a picture of the goal works for a lot of people, and putting family and independence first is a solid foundation. The trick is keeping the long term picture away from the daily trading decisions. If the house becomes the reason for a bigger position on a slow Tuesday, it starts to hurt. Many traders find it useful to link motivation to process instead, for example a month of following the plan exactly. The big goals then come from that, rather than from forcing a single session.

PTScalper, freedom over money is an answer that comes up more often with experience. Good question for newer members too. One practical thing about motivation: it tends to shape behaviour on bad days. Someone trading mainly for money may be tempted to win it back after a loss, while someone trading for freedom may find it easier to close the platform and go do something else, which is often the better choice.
