Pre-London levels worth marking even if you skip the open

Post by FXS London Scalper »

Some traders skip the London open (too volatile, too early). But levels formed before and at the open often matter later in the day.

Levels to mark:
- Asia high and low.
- Frankfurt open price (07:00 UK).
- London open price (08:00 UK).
- First hour high and low (08:00–09:00).
- Previous day high, low, close.

Why mark them even if not trading the open:
- Price often returns to these levels later.
- They provide context for mid-morning and afternoon trades.
- The first hour range often defines the day's structure.

Routine:
- If you start trading at 09:00 or 10:00, spend the first five minutes marking these levels.
- Note how price has reacted to them so far.

Even if you skip the open, the open doesn't skip you: its levels matter all day.
