Relaxing from forex trading

Hi traders, scalpers,
One of the Most important part in forex trading/scalping strategy is ability to be relax, to have cool head.
My question is, how do you relax?

For me Works:
1) long walks outside in Nature
2) listening of music
3) running
4) mountain biking
5) watching good movie
6) vacation
7) living in Spa city
8) go out for coffee

And this is the way how im able to be consistent under pressure from trading.
You will not feel that stress is your problem once you are new trader, you will realise that after some time.
