Community norms for posting fill evidence

If we want broker discussions here to be useful, evidence has to be comparable. Right now a "bad fill" post can be anything from a cropped phone photo to a full statement. Some suggestions for what counts as good evidence:

Minimum
  • Symbol, order type, requested price, filled price.
  • Time with timezone, ideally from the platform's history.
  • Account type (raw, standard, etc.).
Better
  • A screenshot of the history or journal line, not only the chart.
  • The chart at the same timestamp, with M1 candles, so others can see the market at that moment.
  • Bid and ask, not just the bid line. Many "stop hunts" are simply the ask touching a buy stop.
Best
  • A comparison with another feed at the same second.
  • A pattern over many trades, not one dramatic case.
And for privacy: cover the account number and balance. Nobody needs those to judge a fill.

I'd also suggest replies challenge the evidence, not the person. "Your chart is bid-only, can you show the ask?" helps more than "you're just a bad trader".

Would anyone object to these as a forum standard? Things to add?
