Inside bars on M5 at the London open: my filter after 3 months

I've been testing inside bars on M5 during the first hour of London. Plain inside bars were useless, too many of them and no edge. With a filter the results improved.
The filter:
The main weakness is that many inside bars are small, so the stop is tight and spreads matter more. I skip any setup where the inside bar range is under 4 pips.
Three months isn't enough to be confident. I'll keep tracking it. Does anyone use inside bars at the open, and do you trade them with the mother bar or against it?
The filter:
- The mother bar has to be at least 1.5 times the average range of the previous 12 M5 bars.
- The inside bar forms in the first 60 minutes after 08:00.
- Entry on a break of the inside bar in the direction of the mother bar, stop on the other side of the inside bar.
