A Sunday weekly review template

Sunday evening, twenty minutes, same format every week. The consistency matters more than the details.
Here's a skeleton that works for many:
1. Numbers: trades taken, win rate, net pips, net R, biggest winner, biggest loser.
2. Process: rule breaks counted and categorized.
3. Execution: average slippage and spread paid, any odd fills or rejections.
4. Best trade and why.
5. Worst decision and why.
6. One adjustment for next week, only one.
7. Calendar check: major events, holidays, anything unusual.
The "only one adjustment" rule prevents the common trap of changing five things at once and learning nothing. If the next week goes better or worse, there's a clear suspect.
Archived reviews build a record of progress. Rereading a few months of them is often the most motivating thing available.
If the review slips for a few weeks, don't try to catch up on everything. Restart with the current week and let the backlog go. A short consistent review beats an occasional heroic one.
What does the weekly review include, and what one question has proved the most useful?
