Weekly rotation of the major pairs: how I build Monday's watchlist

I don't trade every major every week. On Sunday evening or early Monday I pick two pairs as primary and one as backup, and I ignore the rest unless something big happens.
How I choose:
1. Last week's average range versus the 20-day average. A pair running at 120% of normal range gets priority. One at 70% gets dropped, because thin movement plus normal costs is a bad deal.
2. Event calendar. If the pair has a central bank meeting midweek, it either becomes the main focus or is benched completely. I don't want to half-trade it.
3. Spread behaviour at my session. GBPUSD can look great on a chart but if its London spread has been wider than usual, the edge shrinks.
4. Clean levels. I want a visible weekly high/low or a round number within reach. A pair stuck in the middle of a 200-pip range gets less attention.
This week, for example, I'd lean EURUSD and USDJPY, with AUDUSD as the backup. Nothing special, just what the four filters say.
The benefit is focus. Three charts instead of seven means fewer impulse entries. How do you decide what to watch, or do you keep the same list all year?
