Opt-in idea: pooling anonymised trade CSVs for community stats

Half of the arguments on this forum would be settled by data instead of opinion. Is the London open better than New York for EURUSD scalps? Does slippage really get worse on Fridays? Right now we each have a sample of one.

Proposal, strictly opt-in:
  1. Each volunteer exports closed trades from MT4/MT5 or cTrader as CSV.
  2. Before sharing, you strip account number, broker name if you want, and round open/close times to the minute.
  3. Columns we'd keep: symbol, direction, open time (UTC), duration in seconds, entry spread, slippage in points, result in R.
  4. Someone (I'm happy to do it) merges the files and posts aggregate tables only. No individual rows published.
Even with 10 traders and 300 trades each, that's 3,000 data points. Enough to see whether some of our beliefs hold up.

The obvious problems: different strategies, different brokers, survivorship (people with bad months won't share). I don't think it has to be perfect to be more useful than what we have now.

Would anyone join? And which column would you add or remove before it's worth your time?
