Warming up before the first EURUSD click

Athletes warm up. Musicians tune. Traders often go straight from coffee to clicking. A short warm-up might improve the first trades of the session.
Possible warm-up routine (10–15 minutes before London):
1. Review yesterday's journal: one lesson to apply today.
2. Check the calendar: what's scheduled, which windows to avoid.
3. Mark levels on the chart.
4. Watch price for 5 minutes without trading, noticing speed and spread.
5. State the plan out loud: "Today I'm looking for X at Y, with stop Z."
Why it helps:
- Moves the mind from daily life to trading mode.
- Reduces impulsive early trades.
- Reminds you of rules.
Some traders also do a quick physical routine: stretching, breathing. Others replay a few charts from the previous day.
What's your warm-up? Or do you jump straight in?
