Weekly reviews often don't happen because they feel like a big job. A time-boxed structure makes it manageable.

A 45-minute template:

Minutes 0–10: Numbers
- Trades, win rate, average R, total R.
- Compare with the previous four weeks.

Minutes 10–20: Best and worst
- Pick the best trade and the worst trade.
- For each: was it on plan? What made it good or bad?

Minutes 20–30: Rule breaks
- List any trade that broke a rule.
- Total R cost of rule breaks.

Minutes 30–40: Next week prep
- Calendar: major events, holidays.
- Key levels on the main pairs.
- One focus point for the week.

Minutes 40–45: Write a three-line summary.

Use a timer. When it goes off, move to the next section, even if not finished.

The goal is consistency. A short review every week beats a long review once a month.

What does your weekly review include? How long does it take?
