Sunday Bias Sheet: Writing a One-Line View per Pair Before the Week

A weekly preparation does not need to be long. One sheet with a single line per pair is often enough to avoid trading blind into the week.
What the sheet contains:
What does your weekly preparation look like, and how much time does it take?
What the sheet contains:
- Pair and weekly context: trend, range, or at a major level on the weekly and daily chart.
- Key levels: last week's high and low, plus one or two daily levels.
- Events: the high-impact releases for both currencies, with day and time in your own time zone.
- One-line bias: e.g. "EURUSD: range 1.0820–1.0950 until Thursday's ECB; no bias before."
- It forces a clear view instead of a list of possibilities.
- It is easy to check during the week whether the market is behaving as expected.
- At the next weekend, comparing the bias with what happened is a quick review exercise.
