Second monitor layout: tape, calendar, journal

Left monitor: charts and ticket. Right monitor: calendar strip, journal form, and a plain text inventory list. No social feeds on either during London.
Tape, for me, is the price ladder or time-and-sales I actually use - not six YouTube streams. Calendar is the printed/Tier-1 strip plus the platform clock. Journal is a small form with six fields I can fill in under ten seconds after a ticket.
Prop days get a red sticky on the right monitor with the soft stop and the hard daily max written in ink. Layout is environment design. If the right monitor becomes news Twitter, the layout has failed. I rebuild it Sunday night the same way I reboot the VPS. Once a month I photograph the desk layout to see entropy. Clutter creeps. Photos keep me honest.
Small detail that matters more than it sounds: the journal form opens in the same spot every time, so filling it in never means hunting for a window while a trade is still on. If logging a ticket takes more than ten seconds, I stop doing it on busy mornings, and then the Sunday review is fiction.
