Passing phase with low R-multiples: slow scalp grind strategy

Passing a phase with small R multiples is a path strategy, not a flex.
I set a daily R ceiling as well as a floor so I cannot dig a hole or overshoot into reckless "finish Friday" behaviour. Ticket count is capped. News is stricter than personal. Average winner can be small if losers are smaller and frequency is controlled.
What kills slow grinds: one revenge afternoon, one banned news click, one size bump after three scratches. The grind only works if boring. I track process tags harder than equity. Prop paths reward survival maths. If your edge needs home-run M1 winners, a slow grind phase is the wrong product - choose honestly before you pay the fee. Slow grind still needs A+ filters. Low R is not permission for low quality. Quality stays; size and frequency shrink.
For context, on my last phase the average winner was well under 1R and the pass took longer than the minimum days. That was fine. What mattered was that no single day used more than half of the daily limit, so there was never a morning where I felt the need to win it all back at once.
