US30 journal: how screenshot review caught rule breaks

I take a screenshot at entry and at exit for every US30 trade. For years I barely looked at them. This summer I started reviewing them every Sunday, and it turned up rule breaks that my spreadsheet couldn't show.
The spreadsheet records times, prices, size and result. It said I'd taken 94 US30 trades between June and August, all within my allowed window of 14:35 to 17:00 London, all with stops of the correct size. On paper, perfectly disciplined.
The screenshots told a different story.
In 11 trades, I'd entered before the trigger candle closed. The spreadsheet showed the right entry price because the price was roughly the same, but the screenshot showed the candle was still forming. Those trades did worse than average.
In 7 trades, the stop wasn't at a structural level, just a fixed distance. The size of the stop was correct, but the placement wasn't.
That's 18 rule breaks out of 94 trades that I'd have sworn were clean.
The changes. I now review screenshots for every losing trade the same day, not just on Sunday. And I've added a column to the spreadsheet: "screenshot confirms rules: yes or no". It takes about 30 seconds per trade, and it makes it much harder to lie to myself.
