A Checklist Before You Buy Any Trading Course
Trading education is a huge industry, and quality varies enormously. Before you spend money, use this checklist to protect yourself.
Questions about the creator:
1. Can they show a verified track record, or at least a long history of transparent results?
2. Do they discuss losses and risk openly?
3. Do they avoid guarantees and promises of wealth?
Questions about the content:
4. Is there a clear curriculum with defined topics?
5. Does it cover risk management and psychology, not just entries?
6. Are the strategies testable with specific rules?
7. Are there examples of failures as well as successes?
Questions about the offer:
8. Is the price reasonable compared with similar education?
9. Is there a clear refund policy?
10. Is the marketing free from pressure tactics and fake scarcity?
11. Are there independent reviews, not only testimonials hosted on the seller's page?
12. Do they require you to use a specific broker? If so, why?
Questions for yourself:
13. Have I exhausted free resources first?
14. Will I actually apply what I learn?
15. Can I afford this without hurting my trading capital or finances?
Remember: a course can't give you discipline. It can only give you information.
Many successful traders learned mostly through books, free material, practice, and mentoring, supported by their own testing.
Spend slowly, and verify first. Your best investment is usually your time and consistency.
