- Tonight / tomorrow: mark Tier-1 times in local London clock, not platform timezone guesses.
- Pairs affected: write flat windows (pre and post) in minutes, not vibes.
- Spread filter: if live spread exceeds my cap, blackout extends automatically.
- Platform: cancel working orders before the window; confirm flat with a screenshot habit.
- After: timer before any discretionary scalp — no first-tick heroics.
