Hi traders,
today i would like to share with you my actual bigger account state and little but stress, which i even with bigger account time to time have.
When you hold bigger positions it is very good in point of view of potential profit, but as well loss and stress.
I know that i will turn it into profit at the end, but stress is there.
I share two screens, one is allready closed profit and second one is actual opened positions.

Larger size making the same idea feel heavier is not weakness; it is information. Stress scales with cash risk even when the R-multiple is unchanged.
My approach is to grow size only after the process stats stay stable, and to cut size immediately when sleep or patience slips. A “mixed feelings” day is often a size day wearing a strategy mask.
Holding big positions through noise is optional. Flat is allowed.
When stress shows up, do you reduce size mid-session or only plan a smaller day tomorrow?
If the mixed feeling arrives before the London window even starts, I already know the answer: half size or flat. Ego wants full size; the book wants survival.

Mixed-feeling days are often size days wearing a strategy mask. Larger cash risk makes the same R feel heavier — that is information.
I cut size when sleep or patience slips, not after the breach. Flat is allowed.

I also log refused tickets so flat time counts as work — otherwise the desk invents activity.
Funded trailing DD is the external referee that keeps the desk honest.
Boring survival beats a clever recovery that spends the week’s DD band.
Topic note from my sheet for t=12582: keep risk unchanged until the sample says otherwise.

Thanks for being open about this. Most people only post the closed-profit screen.
One line caught my attention: knowing you'll turn it into profit in the end. I understand why it's said, and with your years in the market it may well be true most of the time. But that belief is also what lets a large open position sit longer than the plan intended. With bigger size, the rare occasion when it doesn't come back is the one that matters, and it tends to arrive with a gap or a data surprise rather than a slow drift.
What helped me with the stress of size was converting everything to percentage of account and fixing, in advance, the level at which open positions get cut regardless of the story. Once that number exists, the floating loss stops being a question mark, and the stress drops because the worst case is known.
The other check is the calendar. Large positions held through a central bank decision or payrolls are exposed to a candle you can't manage by hand, so I'd trim before those windows even if the trade is still valid.
Did the stress grow gradually with the account, or was there a particular size step where it suddenly showed up?
