Two-session review template: separate stats for London and NY

Two-session review template

Mixing London and NY stats in one weekly review used to flatter me. A strong London week would hide a messy late-NY habit (inventory, boredom, wider spreads). I now force a two-block review every Friday.

Template (takes ~20 minutes):
  • London block: trades, net R, median cost, rule breaks, best/worst hour
  • NY / overlap block: same fields, plus “should I have been flat?”
  • Compare: which block paid for the week? Which burned mental capital?
  • One change only for next week (size, hours, or pair list — not all three)
The rule that stuck: if NY net R is negative two weeks running while London is fine, I cut NY size to warm-up only — no “just one more” after 16:30 London.

Does anyone else split reviews this way? Or do you use three blocks (Asia / London / NY)? I am less interested in fancy dashboards and more in a checklist you will actually finish when you are tired.
