After the first London impulse I used to improvise. Improvisation is expensive.

Decision tree I run now:
Speed matters at the open; a short tree beats a long essay you will not read while the tape is moving.

• Did the impulse close with acceptance beyond structure? → lean continuation / pullback
• Was it a spike into a level that immediately reclaimed? → lean fade / reclaim
• Is Asia already huge or news due? → stand aside
• Am I already up on the morning? → fewer extras, smaller size

I write the branch I chose in the journal before or right after the click. If I cannot pick a branch, I do not trade. The tree is not clever; it is a speed bump against narrative trading when the open is loud.

Overrides happen — I am human — but naming the override later is part of the review.
