Weekly scalp journal template (Google Sheet) -- fields that survived declutter.

I have killed more journal columns than I have kept. What remains for the weekly sheet:

• Date, session, symbol, setup tag
• R result, hold time, cost/slip tags
• Process grade (A/B/C) separate from P&L
• One-word emotion
• Note (one sentence max)

Sunday: filter C-process and expensive-cost rows first. Then one best and one worst. The sheet is not a diary novel. If a column did not change a rule in ninety days, I delete it.

Sheet hygiene: one tab for raw tickets, one for weekly summary pivots. I do not mix prep notes into the same columns as fills. Colour only process C rows so the eye goes there first. Pretty dashboards that you do not act on are another form of clutter. If you use Google Sheets, lock the header and freeze the tag columns -- small frictions that keep Sunday structured.
