Before P&L I force a one-word emotion tag on yen tickets: calm, rushed, annoyed, bored, euphoric. After two months, "annoyed" and "bored" clustered before my worst process streaks -- often while the day was still green.
Use
Two annoyed tags in a session triggers size-down or break. I do not wait for the hard daily loss. The tag is cheap friction; ignoring it is expensive.
Yen is where I personalise moves ("it always stops me out"). Emotion tags make that visible. P&L alone hid it because lucky wins cleaned the sheet.
