Best scalping timeframes that works for you in 2026?

For me I would say I prefer the 5 minutes
I mostly check overall trend before scalping to avoid trading against the overall trend
Trust me, that’s not a situation you want to find yourself in
I’ve been trading for over 3 years and I realized the days I make the most losses are the days I got the overall trend wrong
Happy trading to us all

Yeah, from my point of view i check H4 and D1 for bigger picture and i trade directly from M15.
And time to time i like to trade against trend

But not so offen

Hi traders, hi fairman,
best timeframe for me is combination of H4 and M5.
From M5 i see real time intraday opportunities and from H4 i see medium term supports and resistances.

This is not bad at all, I also use daily and 4hrs to check directional bias

For me I love to trade lower timeframes but I’ve seen that it makes me over trade so I’m trying to stuck with 1hr to 30 mins for entry time frames
