Tightening the Execution Filter

Choppy breakeven results usually indicate you are trading inside the middle of a larger HTF structure, where 15-minute signals lose their edge. The immediate adjustment is to drastically reduce frequency. Ignore the minor intraday liquidity sweeps and only execute when price reaches the absolute extremes of the H4 or D1 zones. If this drops your execution rate to just one or two trades a week, the market is simply not providing the environment required for the aggressive phase of the series.

Physical Disconnection

Staring at MT4 or cTrader on a phone during a stagnant week creates immense psychological friction and invites forced setups. The most effective reset is to physically separate from the execution environment. Using the weekend for a brisk 10 to 25 km outdoor walk through mountain trails effectively bleeds off the frustration of a flat trading week. This intense physical recovery flushes the mental fatigue, allowing you to approach Week 2 with the patience required to wait for a clean structural breakout.
