The Boundary Condition (The "Reset"):

If Trade 3 loses, you lose $2,000. Because that $2,000 was funded heavily by the accrued profit buffer, your $P_{accrued}$ drops from $3,000 to $1,000. Your core $C_{series}$ ($2,000) remains entirely untouched. You simply recalculate Trade 4 using the new $P_{accrued}$, automatically sizing down the position.

The Mathematical Divergence (Why It Works)

The power of this specific formula is how it exploits momentum. Below is a simulation showing how this mathematical scaling behaves during a consecutive winning streak compared to standard fixed-risk trading.

By isolating execution into 2 to 6-week blocks, you create closed mathematical loops. The exponential math guarantees that tail-end winning streaks yield massive asymmetrical returns, while the hard $C_{series}$ boundary guarantees that a catastrophic run of bad data can never wipe your primary trading account.

PTScalper, the 15-minute time stop is a good mechanical filter. It would be interesting to see how often a trade cut by the time stop would later have reached its target. If that share is small, the rule is clearly saving money.
