Your IC side matches my sheet: raw spread around 0.1 in London plus $7 round turn, call it 0.8 pips all-in.
The Apex half seems to have dropped out of the post, so here is my rough version. Apex runs on CME futures, so EURUSD means 6E — 125,000 EUR per contract, tick size 0.00005, worth $6.25. Through London hours the inside market is usually one tick wide, i.e. half a pip. Add exchange, clearing and platform fees, a few dollars per contract per side depending on the feed, and per 100k equivalent it lands in the same region as the raw CFD, sometimes slightly under.
So paper cost isn't where the gap is. My funded playbook shrinks for other reasons: the trailing drawdown maths, and the future's thinner book before the US session wakes up compared with an aggregated spot feed. That changes which minutes of the morning are worth trading, not the price of each ticket.
