Watch how a genuinely experienced trader talks about a losing trade compared to a newer trader. The tone is often strikingly similar to how they'd discuss a win — matter-of-fact, analytical, focused on process rather than emotional reaction.
Newer traders, understandably, often show a much bigger emotional gap between how they discuss wins versus losses — genuine enthusiasm for one, visible defensiveness or discomfort around the other.
That emotional evenness isn't something you're simply born with. It's built, slowly, through repeated practice treating every trade — win or loss — as data deserving the same calm, honest analysis, rather than treating losses as something to explain away or rush past.
i agree, emotions are not easy to handle. Especially once you are new and you do not have knowledge, experience and you need make lot of money very fast.
