Yeah,
you had right feelingstops upper 70 resistance level was targeted. IT is common, that if there is several times retest, next one is smelly and im more carefull.
And what do you think will happen on monday?

Yeah, exactly.
It was interesting gap on opening, but seems to me, that support zone, which we discussed here will work.

Re: Xag/Usd interactive trading (silver)
It was very interesting, on sunday night there was opening below friday closing price like 50 cents, but after wards it skyrocket up.
But on my small account i made mistake, so i was overleveraged and lost that small account.
It shows me again, that no matter what experience i have i still make rookie mistakes time to time
On another hand it tested again my forex broker, which is ic markets, that even i was like 17$ in minus, they covered it without any issue.
What is your experience? Do you do time to time such rookie mistakes?
(because my predicted SL level was not hitted at that time)

Re: Xag/Usd interactive trading (silver)
Right now im in waiting mode.
Lets see where it will go.
I think, if we will continue in downtrend, i would start to buy around levels 58-61.
But first of all i need to wait for pattern in chart.
what is your idea?

Re: Xag/Usd interactive trading (silver)
This is why trading with a broker that offers Negative Balance Protection (NBP) is an absolute must for the strategies we use here. NBP acts as an automatic circuit breaker—if extreme market volatility pushes your equity below zero, the broker absorbs the excess loss and resets your balance to $0. You lose your invested capital, but you never end up in legal debt to the brokerage.
How does it work at tier-1 brokers like IC Markets?
At reputable brokers, NBP is usually baked into the regulatory framework, but it entirely depends on which entity you are registered under:
Retail Accounts (ASIC & CySEC): If you are trading as a retail client under the Australian (ASIC) or European (CySEC) jurisdictions, NBP is mandatory. Your account is legally protected from going into the red.
Professional Accounts: If you opted to upgrade your account to "Professional Client" status to bypass the 1:30 leverage restrictions, you typically waive your right to NBP. You are responsible for maintaining a positive balance.
Offshore Entities (Seychelles/Bahamas): If you registered under an offshore branch to access high leverage, read the fine print. NBP is not legally mandated there the way it is under ESMA or ASIC, though some brokers still apply it as an internal policy.
As scalpers, we already manage enough risk with spread fluctuations, latency, and price action. Don't add structural broker risk to the list.
Are you guys currently trading under an entity that guarantees NBP? Has anyone actually had their account saved by a zero-out during a flash crash? Let's discuss below.

XAGUSD Order Flow & Mean-Reversion Recap: Sell-Side Absorption (+12,733.69 USD)
Session closed and flat across all books. Here is a technical breakdown of today’s M1 scalping sequence on Silver
(XAGUSD):
Session & Execution Metrics
Instrument: XAGUSD (Spot Silver / USD)
Timeframe: M1 Execution Tape
Total Realized Net P&L: +$12,733.69
Position Sizing: Static 5.00 lots flat per execution (constant risk allocation across all clips)
Execution Style: Liquidity absorption / mean-reversion following high-volume sell-side exhaustion
Hold Time: 6m 54s to 11m 44s per leg
Captured Delta: +10.4 pips to +26.0 pips on primary tracked fills
Transaction Drag: ~$19.25 per turn (commission + spread delta on 5.00 lots)
Technical Context & Microstructure
1. Sell-Side Liquidity Sweep & Exhaustion:
The M1 tape printed an aggressive, one-directional cascade into the 14:35–14:40 window, triggering resting sell stops beneath local support. Rather than front-running the waterfall, entries were executed after the sell imbalance stalled, evidenced by consecutive lower-wick rejections and drying offer volume around the 64.05–64.10 demand pocket.
2. Fill Mechanics & Absorption:
Clip 1: Long entry at Ask 64.079 following absorption at the low; scaled out into passive liquidity at Bid 64.183 (+10.4 pips / +$500.76 net in 6m 54s).
Clip 2: Long re-entry at Ask 64.118 on structure confirmation; closed into the higher timeframe mean-reversion push at Bid 64.378 (+26.0 pips / +$1,280.72 net in 11m 44s).
3. Take-Profit Efficiency:
Exits were routed directly into overhead liquidity pools and local micro-resistance rather than holding for a full trend continuation. In short-term M1 order flow, taking profit into aggressive liquidity spikes prevents giving back open P&L during inevitable secondary tests of the lows.
Risk Architecture & Session Termination
Zero Sizing Escalation: Maintaining a fixed 5.00-lot size across every ticket eliminated the asymmetric risk of reverse compounding (where increasing volume during a winning streak allows one bad fill to wipe out hours of execution edge).
Hard Stop on Volume: Once volatility expanded and the primary mean-reversion impulse resolved into consolidation, trading ceased. Scalping post-expansion during low-liquidity churn sharply increases spread-to-volatility costs and exposes capital to negative expectancy.
How did everyone else manage the volatility on metals today? Were you trading the exhaustion longs off the sweep, or waiting for higher-timeframe confirmation above the structural pivots?
